Fixed Deposit Conditions
  1. After approval for the MM2H program, up to 50% of the fixed deposit can be withdrawn for propertypurchase, education, healthcare, or tourism activities in Malaysia.
  2. The fixed deposit account must be opened in a Malaysian bank.
  3. Deposits must be in USD or the equivalent in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  4. MM2H holders can withdraw the fixed deposit upon terminating their participation in the program.
Minimum Stay Requirement
  • Participants are required to stay in Malaysia for at least 90 days per year.
  • Main applicants aged 50 or above may be exempt from the residency requirement.

Passport Copies (for all applicants)

Copies of the passport’s personal details page and the remarks page. The passport must have a validity of at least two years or more.

Employment Verification Letter

A letter issued on the company’s official letterhead confirming the applicant’s employment status, including their name and job position. Resume (for the Principal Applicant and Spouse) A simple resume detailing work experience, educational background, and residential address.

Marriage Certificate

If bringing a spouse, the marriage certificate must be dual-certified.

Child’s Birth Certificate
